The session will first review metrics for assessing customer experience and loyalty to demonstrate how firms of all sizes can start tracking these outcomes.  After establishing this baseline, we will discuss how firms can take the next step and extract additional insights from their existing databases to get started with analytics, creating an opportunity to improve decision-making in your organization.
