The Apple Manufacturing Academy helps small and medium-sized manufacturers across the U.S. implement, smart manufacturing techniques. In partnership with Michigan State University (MSU) the Academy offers free courses online focused on topics that include automation, process analysis, artificial intelligence, and more. The online programs are self-paced and modular, allowing learners the flexibility to select and complete classes at their own pace. Upon completion, participants will earn a credential from Michigan State University (MSU).

This program’s content was developed by Apple engineers and refined for online learning by MSU experts, with the sole purpose of supporting the growth of small and medium manufacturing companies. You can register for the Apple Manufacturing Academy | Online at any time. Most participants finish the program within two to three weeks, but the program allows you to learn at your own pace. Materials are organized into modules with recommended learning pathways in the learning management system, D2L and available on demand. The program remains accessible until December 31, 2026.
